Fall: 8 Sunday team practices; DU Halloween 4x4
Winter: 3 Sunday team practices in December; 6 Indoor Skill sessions on Sunday evenings in January and February
In-Season Support: 5 Game Studies at DU Women’s Lacrosse home games with skill sessions following and 5 team sessions (mindful of the fact that all players are in the middle of their Middle School rec or HS seasons)
Summer Training: 9 (MS C&G) or 12 (all other teams) team practices
Year Round: Retro Fit Training Center
Summit recommends players to various camps and clinics to improve their skills, and stay fit.
